Dude, I'd be thoroughly surprised if 99% of the people on this list
could not find a copy of the above titles on the web should they be
suitably motivated.

Don't be so naive as to think they just don't exist. It's all about
personal integrity - people who work with Free and Open Source systems
like PHP should feel pretty bad if they abuse someone else's hard work
by not buying the book.

All you're gonna get from this post is a bunch of the 1%ers being dicks
and asking you where they can find PHP Essentials to download because
they are too stupid to know how to use Google (and to be honest in this
case who cares if they have the pirated book, they are not going to have
the braincells to use if for anything other than a doorstop..... and
with a eBook PDF /that/ can be quite difficult...)
