This is my first posting to the PHP-General mailing list so please bear with me J I have a couple of files that I would like to allow folks to download via a php script that acts as a download tracker and counter. Basically I want to: 1) Allow the downloads of said files. 2) Count the number of time a file has been downloaded. 3) Record the IP addresses of the machines that download the files. Could anyone point me in the right direction to get an example of this type of code snippet or even maybe an existing PHP script that will do this very thing? TIA for any assistance!
