Why do you have html tags before your doctype declaration?

Anyway, I am not sure if your problem has to do with PHP after all. Again, if you think that it is related to PHP, show us some code. There are still other things to consider (server, external files, CSS - neither of those things are necessarily related to PHP).

I don't think it's very consistent. Sometimes it loads pretty fast and sometimes it gets stuck in the right corner!
I don't think I have seen this happen with any other site!
