What do you get if you run:

echo exec("mysql -h hhh -u uuu -pppp <test.php",$out,$bin);

But the thing is i dont get any feedback like 'cant connect to host'
or 'invalid sql' etc.

exec(mysqldump...) works but exec(mysql...) doesnt
