    Does self study count as a course? :)

    I can recommend the following books:
    
    - Design Patterns, Gamma, Johnson, Vlissides, Helm
    - Refactoring, Fowler
    - Patterns of Enterprise Application Architecture, Fowler
    - Test-Driven Developmnet By Example, Beck
