Actually, there are cases where I intentionally use GET in a FORM for
the precise reasons already noted, but I wanted the look/feel of a
FORM on some pages as the skin on the API to the service provided, so
it's not ALWAYS laziness.

It might still arguably be "wrong" but it was a conscious decision. :-)
