More CLASS help

I am not sure if what I am doing here is a problem or not.  Pointers?

class mySubnet
{
var $data;
function SubnetSettings( $level, $add_vlan, $edit_vlan, $del_vlan ) {
   $subnets = new mySubnet;
}
}
