Hi everybody, Can any one tell me, what is the use of ampersand '&' in php? Is it a pointer operator like 'C' language? Kindly note the example.... <?php $a=1; $b=& $a; $c=$a; echo $b,$c; ?> After running this example I got result 1 for both variable $b and $c.
