Does anyone of you know of a good forum that is easy to customize and supports sticky notes, user registration, bb code and stuff like that?
I would suggest that Phorum (www.phorum.org) and phpBB (www.phpbb.com) are the two biggies (written in PHP). Both have all these features plus many available mods.
