(And why, of > caurse :)) Honestly, I wouldn't pick any of them :) But if I had to (i.e. forced at gun-point or something) it'd have to be #2, because it's at least mixing HTML and PHP in a way that doesn't create massive strings, for no actual reason other than it is the easiest format to go in and change the HTML without causing a potential syntax error.
