Hi

While it *is* possible to do what you ask for, it would be worthless.

I can write from scratch a php script that 
* looks up the mx record for a given email address
* connects to the mail server looked up
* send the message.

Since the SMTP protocol is fairly simple, I am sure many others can and will 
use this to circumvent your limitations.
