I tried that, renamed a txt file to .php, but when I try to get the .php file, I just get a 404 error.

Dear Steve:
 php4ts.dll is needed by php4isapi.dll.
if you can visit your pages in wwwroot folder, just try to rename that page to php extension.
e.g: rename postinfo.html to postinfo.php C:\PHP │ install.txt │ license.txt │ magic.mime │ news.txt │ php-cli.exe │ php.exe │ php.gif │ php.ini │ php.ini-dist │ php.ini-recommended │ php4embed.lib │ php4isapi.dll │ php4ts.dll │ php4ts.lib │ ├─dlls │ ├─extensions │ ├─mibs │ ├─openssl │ ├─pdf-related │ └─sapi
