So your onChange="..." would have something that resulted in: .location="somefancymenuscript.php" in it. This would be incredibly inefficient and a really dumb way to do dynamic drop down menus unless you can guarantee high-bandwidth low-latency in an Intranet setting, and even then is probably not truly the BEST answer.
