I am using PHP. I have a registration page where the user has to select his country form a drop down list. If the username that the user selected for himself exists in the database I am sending him back to the registration form with all the fields completed with the values he previously entered. This is easy to do for a textfield but how do I indicate on the drop down list which country he originally selected? Please help.
