I gave this find after saying './buildconf --force', './configure
--with-nscli', 'make'.
(Which is what the ext_skel script asked me to do, after editing
config.m4)
I found the problem. One has to run 'phpize' in the extension
directory, and then configure/make/make install.
ext_skel doesn't mention it at all, though?
