At least now I know I'm not going mad ;)
it's because of an issue with the JS scripts. Just have to wait and see
if anyone gets to fixing it. Just turning off Javascript when visiting
the manual works fine.
The reason us4. work(s|ed) is because it's not up-to-date (yet)
