Is there any GUI editors out there for php? if so does anybody know of a good one that doesnt cost a ton of money??
I'd go with Eclipse (http://eclipse.org) with either PHP-Eclipse (http://phpeclipse.org) or Xored Trustudio (http://xored.com). They're all free of charge. The two latter are plugins for the Eclipse framework (the first).
