DEBIAN: want to have make install in /put/it/in/my/dir/libphp5.so but it is always /usr/lib/apache/1.3

Hi,

I am compiling 5.2.0 on Sarge and everything is ok - but I want to
have the libphp5.so NOT installed into /usr/lib/apache/1.3 

How can I override this default?

i tried --libexecdir=/my/dir and also set $LIBEXEC to /my/dir but no
success - make install always wants to wirte into  /usr/lib/apache/1.3
What do i have to tweak?
