I checked the history of things and found:
I was charged by PayPall but didn't get any confirmation mail from LULU.
Lulu's web site recognizes the purchase and show it as "completed".
I filled a complain mail via their web site and am waiting to an answer.

I don’t get notified of who purchased copies so I can’t help. One thing I might suggest is that you look through your records and see if Lulu actually charged you for the books … contact Lulu customer service …
