Thanks Andy and all who replied, I checked the history of things and found: I was charged by PayPall but didn't get any confirmation mail from LULU. Lulu's web site recognizes the purchase and show it as "completed". I filled a complain mail via their web site and am waiting to an answer. Thanks for caring.
