After you posed the question I saw a much more provocative sexual relationship as I identified the body part as a hip bone

Thank you for the comment. In this series I’m not necessarily looking for a connection between the hand and the body. Part of this is that the hand might, or might not, belong to the same person. I may submit others from the series and see if they make more sense to you.

To me, there isn't any relationship between the hand and the body underneath it, and the two seem out of proportion -- which should not matter for an abstract except that in this case it does matter. So, after trying to put it all together, it loses interest for me.  Other abstract examples of hands near or on bodies seem to work better.
