The miniature Eiffel Tower in the park called Poitrine,
access to the park on foot or use the mechanically interesting Funicular Railway.
The National Museum is a good stand-by for damp days but worth visiting on good days too. The city also has a very good Technical Museum with a fascinating transport section.
Enquire in advance about any offers on passes for the city's subways and trams.
As a dinosaur, having seen over 70 years if not 70 summers, I have a free pass, for life, or maybe only until Brexit, on city and suburban trams and buses and a discount on rail journeys.
English is usually understood and at one time Prague had a very large group of American residents.

Hi,
there is a possibility that I will be visiting Prague in the near future and while there are lots of places to find information about what to visit, see and maybe photograph there I wonder if some of you on this list have personal favorites that you might share. Thank you beforehand!
