That is only in lightroom. In Photoshop on Mac or PC that doesn't work like that. In Mac you hold control+option and drag left right and up down for size and softness. On Windows its just Alt+right click and same dragging.

It used to be that when we rolled the scroll wheel the size of the brush would enlarge or reduce and that is no longer happening. I can't seem to locate how to turn this feature back on.
Can anyone help me? I am absolutely stumped.
