As seen at http://people.rit.edu/andpph/gallery.html these are a few brief observations of mine about the photographs posted there:

Emily L. Ferguson - Evidence - The title makes me want to figure out what it refers to. Stuff under the snow? Under the several mounds? Then what is the contribution of the fence? All very mysterious!

Art Faul - Tries and more tries - OK - I give up. What does the title refer to? I must be dense! Otherwise I think this is an excellent situation photograph. It makes me want to hear what the guy is saying to the blonde. Nice!

John Retallack - A snippet of history dramatized not only by the content of the photograph but additionally by the color introduced into the photograph. Impactful.

Yoram Gelman - Don't worry. . . - Well, I must confess that here is another situation where I don't "get" what the title refers to. Maybe that was on purpose. Is there something lurking around the corner? Mysterious as well!

Klaus Knuth - Shenandoah Valley - Attractive pictorial landscape! I am bit bothered by the horizon being in the middle. I think the tree adds much to the interest of the photograph. It is too bad the shadow portions of the image are a bit dark for my taste.

Just my opinion,

Andy
