It’s part of the RIT austerity program. It used to be RIT One, but Andy already had a plane, so they sold it to the USAF for a dollar. The misnomer is that it was called whatever it was called so you could argue your point.

Its the 3rd.       The first 2 presidential air planse are in museums though.   There has never been an aircraft named Air force one.   The two today are Sam 28000 and Sam 29000.  I used to watch them take off and land at Boeing field in the mid 1980s.   Down at the south end where my father worked on AWACS and other imaging systems.
