Right click on an empty space on your screen

Click on "Graphics Properties" > Advanced mode > Multiple Dusplays

And see if everything is defined properly.

It is possible that your pass will be different according to your processor or Graphic card .

I've rebooted, unplugged, replugged, turned everything off and still it won't come back.
