The 'trash can' is actually the lunch box. I had gotten as low as I could go. I can't get on the ground any more because my knees are so bad. Any suggestions as to how I can get lower without a crain to lift me back up would be greatly appreciated. (No sarcasm. Just fact.)

The trash can really absolutely needed to go before releasing the
shutter.  Of course, the standard approach to this is down at kid
level, showing a sheepish grin, wide open mouth and fresh break in
the skin of the apple, possibly with proud parent slightly out of
focus in the background.  While it is always laudable to seek out
other angles on that story, I'm afraid this one is not successful to
me.
