Austrailia where
they write in queens english but dont speak it but criticize american
english. To which I say. ZEE

I found out I was wrong all these years about our english spelling. turns
out the americans are actually using propper English spelling, we're not!
They left the UK before the language was Fracified to make it sound more
sophisticated. Program is first writ in English in the 1600's. Labor is
too, as is sheep. We se use the word mutton now bcause it's french,
y'know.. fancy like. the animal was a sheep, the meat was sheep. French
called sheep 'mouton'. they didn't have a Z in france so we deropped
spelling with it. socialize became socialise. they liked using 'ous' so
mucus became mucous ..

..but it happened before that, French again. Ever watch a movie where a
town crier is yelling 'hear ye, hear ye' ? he's doing it wrong. The Gerrman
presses we imported to the UK didn't have the correct symbol for 'th' so
they used 'y'. the town crier was actually yelling 'hear thee, hear thee'
and 'ye olde goat' was actally pronounced 'the old goat' (the 'olde' was
also an early Francification too.. see the Brits were always a bit in awe of
their makeup dusted, perfumed neighbors and adpoted their affectation
to be more respectible like)

but earlier than that English was writen phonetically. One letter for each
sound. Cwen was queen Aple was apple (two pp's looked
more French though) It was actually a language unlike the french, the french
was designed to be elitist.. designed to exclude the peasants. Even at
their very inception the Brits sought to include - their language was
designed to be learned quickly (cwicle) by anyone, from humble servants to
foreigners .. clever lot
