It's not worth trying to straighten this out.

I don’t think you will ever wee a nude model who is modeling in nature unless she is on my farm and you happen to be driving by. MOdels always come with robes or drapes and very few are cocky/ballsy/dumb enough so remain unclothed with an interloper in the offing. What makes you the legal authority when it comes to being naked outdoors? I will bet money that right at this moment there are more than 1000 folks naked outdoors in California alone.

Like I said, either hire a minder (model’s BF) or go to Sports Authority and if the intruding moron says his name is Russ Baker, give him fair warning that the next shot will not go over his head.

My question to you is why do you use smugmug as your home page? Maybe it was the start with an Argus C3 which gave you the idea of putting your work for sale on a site with ’sharing’, but if it were me, I’d park my stuff elsewhere.

This isn't about leaving someone alone.

I was referring to "Why is this person nude?"

I suppose there is a place for straight-line thinkers in the photo world, but my mantra is that is you see a guy with a camera on a tripod you leave him the hell alone. Some of us who work with camera on tripods out and about are okay with morons bothering us, and some are not.

who claims to be currently shooting nudes there. The civilian fields are much easier to get into to shoot and gain access.

Hi Gang....

Maybe it's just my way of looking at things.
All of my work is customer orientated not fine art

I have shot a lot of Glamor/Boudoir/Nude shoots.

When I see a model (female or male)in the woods,
in a deserted factory, out on a lonely road etc etc
(and yes in a bone yard or junk yard etc)
and the model is nude my first thought is.......

Where are their clothes?
Why is this person hanging out here nude?

Maybe we should call the police,
not only did this person get robbed,
their clothes got taken also!
