NOt my department, but I would guess you start on Google. My advice (FWIW) is to just show up and shoot until somebody kicks you out. I drove around there for a few hours and nobody said a word. If you possess a semi-official looking or real PRESS pass, wear it. It not, make one up in PS and try not to overdo it. Be aware that cops have seen at least 2000 versions of bs around the necks of wannabes. And if you want to left alone, stay off the active runways.

These boneyards are about planes and possibly wasted taxpayer dollars with a certain perspective. These days you have to pretty creative to get into AMARC just to take photos, but it can be done. I have an acquaintance who claims to be currently shooting nudes there. The civilian fields are much easier to get into to shoot and gain access.
