NOt my department, but I would guess you start on Google. My advice (FWIW) is to just show up and shoot until somebody kicks you out. I drove around there for a few hours and nobody said a word. If you possess a semi-official looking or real PRESS pass, wear it. It not, make one up in PS and try not to overdo it.
