Hi Here are some thoughts about this week images: Michael Hughes - A tool of the trade As photographers we tend to be excited when seeing such items. Did you buy it ? Is it working ? As for the image itself I would crop the right side with the Zeiss camera to keep it simple. John Palcewski - Cop on the Beat I assume her legs are much more interesting than the reason for the demonstration. Art Faul What is this "ass" on the upper right corner ? Dan Mitchell - Window Seat Look like very pleasant place. I would prefer more details in the foreground people. Rene M Hales - Life in Segments This is interesting for me. You said something about a series but left us in the dark. What is this serie about ? Why did you choosed particularly this color for tinting the image? Is it ongoing work or it already completely done ? More questions than answers...thats it. Authors with work now on display at: http://people.rit.edu/andpph/gallery.html include: Rene M Hales - Life in Segments Dan Mitchell - Window Seat Art Faul - Pini Vollach - Kids John Palcewski - Cop on the Beat Michael Hughes - A tool of the trade Last week visitor counter: 3822 Current visitor counter: 4850 Enqueued for future installation: - no work enqueued for next week! This is an opportunity to contribute!! To participate in this activity find instructions at: http://people.rit.edu/andpph/gallery-sub.html Send your contributions early and anything you can do to prepare the photographs so they do not require additional adjustment would be much appreciated. Especially keeping them near 1000 pix in longest dimension and 200Kb in maximum size. Large images that run off the edges of average monitors are a pain. Larger is not always better! Please take an extra minute to abide by this request but if you have doubts about how to prepare images just send them anyway and the capable gallery staff will adjust them for exhibition. Did you know you could have a series exhibition?
