I use the older 3800, up from the smaller 2400. Much better ink savings due to larger cartridges. Epson is the only way to fly as far as I'm concerned.

Well if you are going to print a lot a 3880 is a better option ink cost wise.   You will make up the price in ink cost pretty quick.   red river paper has printer cost on their site.   I think even use an after market ink I found that is quit good and cost even less by more then half.
