Randy, Thank you for the link. I had already checked these reviews. In the end both cameras are recommended and given a score of 82%. It seems like a tie with each camera having its own strengths. I don't think I can go wrong with either one as they both appear to be very good cameras. I can't seem to find a reason for the difference in cost between both bodies (the 6D being about 60% the cost of the 5D Mk III) at least for how I will be using the camera. In many ways the 6D is a more modern and advanced camera considering Wi-Fi and GPS but more importantly the continuous autofocus when in movie mode. Thanks again, Joseph.
