Perhaps you need to reset the brush. Left click the brush icon and you should see a list of brushes (maybe just one brush). There will be a triangle pointing to the right. Click that and select 'Reset Tool'. If that fails try 'reset all tools'. If its still goofy, you can reset everything by deleting Photoshop preferences. Of course you will delete all your settings. For Both Windows and Mac, you're looking for the file named Adobe Photoshop 6 Prefs. Here's where it hides: Mac OS: System> Preferences> Adobe Photoshop 6 Settings> Adobe Photoshop 6 Prefs Windows: Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop 6.0\Adobe Photoshop 6\Settings. Greg From: owner-photoforum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:owner-photoforum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Marilyn Sent: Thursday, May 03, 2012 10:30 AM To: List for Photo/Imaging Educators - Professionals - Students Subject: Photo shop I have an
old Photoshop 6. The brush sizes have disappeared on my tool bar (when I
hit the arrow that used to make the brush sizes appear). The only size
that shows is 35 and I can’t change it. Any suggestions as to how I can
get my brush sizes back. I’ve tried everything I can think of.
