There was also the photographer who, with his family, travelled
across the country in a
large motor-home with his wife and two kids.... when his skills as a
photographer (and
as a detective) to solve numerous crimes. He would receive trans-
country calls for much-
needed 'assistance' on his CB radio whereupon they would 'saddle-up'
and head off.

safelight... as we sat.... glued
to our chairs and observe the 'photographic evidence' as the print
continued development.

I wasn't aware of the TV series "Casey Crime Photographer" . I
have a cd with the old radio shows by the same name in MP3 format
There is the old movie, "Eyes of Laura Mars" and I can't remember
the name but I think there was short lived series on Fox that had a
guy that always carried a Leica Rangfinder with him.

Well, there was Casey, Crime Photographer where the photog was the
hero. Darren McGavin starred. Might have been another with
Charles Bronson. I will have to research.

because it seems to me that photographers were often not depicted
in a most positive light ... I believe there were other instances
of this on TV shows as well maybe in the film "Blow up?
