Patent renewal fees in the UK
No fee payable for the first five years. At the end of five years a renewal
costs £70 but in each succeeding year the fee increases, up to the end of the
period for renewals - 20 years. The last annual renewal would be around £700 at
present.
Patents apply to particular realisations of a concept in a manufacturable
form. |
