D.L. Shipman - Fast and Furious Nothing more appealing than a good looking girl on a galloping horse! As for the framing, it's centered and might benefit with more space on the right, but in this case I don't think it's necessary. On the other hand, a crop on the left, top to bottom, right on the edge of the saddle, produces an image with a hell of a lot of energy, as if horse and rider suddenly burst into view out of nowhere. Sherie Taylor - Lion The center of interest is the Lion's face and outstretched arms, and most of everything around it seems a distraction. This most certaily calls for some tighter cropping. Christopher Strevens - My front door The placement of the plastic chair seems odd, but then the entire image seems odd, perhaps by intent. It's difficult to evaluate a photo like this because my perception is colored by the various odd posts Chris has sent to the list. Are they genuinely autobiographical? Fiction? Nobody knows, and one dares not ask. Trevor Cunningham - empire This image's selective focus seems to add to the overall ambuiguity. What does it all mean?
