I would type into the Google search box
    110 film processing
and look at the results.  :-)

In this particular case, www.dwaynesphoto.com that was just suggested is
the #1 hit, so that's probably a good answer.

rockymountainphoto.com and bisonphoto.com also say they do 110; don't know
anything about either of those.

There's also a paid result for rapidphoto.net.
