Hey Herschel Nothing is like they teach in art school! GRIN! I save my pent-up aspersions and insults for yelling at the TV. I've said this here before. Most of my friends and acquaintances are artists. They are no different (not crazy or tormented either)than other professionals. Most do not make a living doing art nor expect to be funded by the government - Bill Gates - YES!. Most will find some way to show their work where they are appreciated. Most educate themselves about art and do not say things like "My kid could have done that." Too bad for most everybody else in the U.S. now who will be denied a real education that includes the arts.
