I have unsubscribed David Small and essentially told him the same
thing. So for now anyway he is not getting your hints.
As for a better listserver ... PhotoForum operates under the
"blessings" of the RIT system and it is very doubtful they will
install a new service in my opinion. Although there has been talk
about it in the past.

The problem is that this list recognizes and worse excepts posts
from an email address that has been spoofed. Either the list needs
to get smarter so it can do the IP path checks that have been
described by others here OR the user needs to remove the offending
email address from the list themselves (which has the same effect)
and resubscribe using another account whether it is from another AOL
or alternate provider.

Would you not get the same effect - no matter which service
provides your e-mails if you simply asked them for a new ID - I
think AOL allow 6, and others probably do something similar.
