I suggest, if you must use a PC, that you use AVG. It's free and does not
hog RAM and apparently is much more effective than anything Norton ever
created.

Clearly you're address has been hijacked to send out these stupid pill
spams.
Also, you could do much better by not using a cloud mail service. If you
have an email address through your web site server, you can cut a lot of
this stuff out by using that consistently.
Actually spoofing emails is pretty easily achieved - all they need know is
your email address then they can fake the email as coming from you / me / us
.. sadly it's not really one of thoise things we can control :(
