Much to enjoy this week but for me the portraits steal the show.
Intrigued by the idea of houses you can hide from the taxman and I liked the
look of the tree. Might have preferred a picture of the carpet vendor flying in
on one of the carpets but had I prepared the indoor exhibit I think I would have
trimmed it on the left hand side (as seen) to include the face of the interested
spectator and the bottom corner of the suspended carpet.
Thanks to all who took the trouble to exhibit and especially to Herschel
for his delicate stitching. And, as usual, thanks to the hangman (or
woman).
