The book is available from Lulu.com and since it is "on demand" printing it is sold by them on a piecemeal basis as requested - I think so far something like 220 were purchased I guess mostly by members of the list. If you go t www.lulu.com/davidhazy you will find it listed there - sales rank is in the 9500 so considering the volume of books that Lulu sells this is not bad, eh? BTW, my "profit" on each book is I think 50 cents US. and about 2.50 for a download - from Pini it is free! :)
