Great art will always offend somebody. It is a brave artist who puts up work that he knows will be controversial
Women are most "objectified"  and least respected in societies where they are most covered up
Would you find a woman in a burqa objectionable?

I agree with the other women here that it is offensive and degrading.  The photo is not about a person and doesn't tell us anything about her.  It's only about the costume and attitude which are both offensive to women.
