My setup would not be an educational facility ... more of a retreat. A
place to escape to - where you could have a bed and a space to work
quietly on your own work. Not high tech and definitely not a "Digital
facility" A couple of computers and some kind of arcival printing
facility with access to a recognized Photoshop expert in case you need
help. Otherwise it's about quiet time to reflect on your work and do
some editing and curating.
If you need to get stuff scanned or such, then I guess it's not a bad
idea for me to hook up with a good quality, high tech facility that I
can send work and guests to.
