infra red plugs for Photoshop CS4

Hello all,

By way of introduction, I am a commercial and fine art photographer in  
Syracuse NY, and also teach photography at Le Moyne college.

I am wondering if anyone knows a good infra red plug for Photoshop. By  
good, I mean one that can simulate the old Kodak high speed infra film  
of yesteryear, especially the halo effect. I loved that stuff.
