You post the pictures to you photostream, for free accounts you can only hae 3 sets and 200 photos showing, for Pro accounts, you have no limit. The group posting is limited to one per week because that was the way the weekly gallery works.

It is one post to the group pool. I just figured out I could move my picture that I posted previously to the pool and got the message you have post your limit of 1 picture per week.

I don't know how many you can post to non pool site per week.

The group is setup to only allow one upload per week for members, i could delete all after that time, but that is a bit extreme perhaps.
