Can't help you there. I cut my own mattes and frame everything myself.

Try <http://www.phototech.com>. I used them a few times to repair Nikon film cameras.

As for dust inside the lens, if it doesn't affect image quality, I wouldn't bother paying anyone to clean it. If it DOES affect the image, cleaning it would, in my opinion, depend on whether the lens was high quality or an inexpensive consumer zoom. If the latter, I would forget it and replace it.
