Including in the stamp pad, yes :-).  Well, they've probably improved it
again.  I used a version in the 1980s, and another one in the mid 1990s,
so there's time for another improvement.  What I found actually was that
it doesn't stick to the stamp well, leaving weak imprints or else blobs
from along the sides getting on the paper.  But the current formulation
may well be better than what I had.
