Your Panorama

Dan,
Interesting! I looked for transitions on a blow-up of your panorama
and thought I found a couple in the grass at the bottom, but they
weren't visible in the clouds. How many individual photos did you
use? There are several panorama apps for the iPhone, did you use
Pano? I have the 3GS and have made a couple, one of which I threw
away as I missed a shot in the middle. Pano didn't seem to notice and
stitched together three on each side with one missing in the middle!
Have you made any that are close up so parallax night might be an
issue? I'm trying to make (with few tools here!) a set-up to find out
where the nodal point is. It won't matter much in landscape photos I
guess. The lens (3 MP in my case) can't be more than a mm or two in
thickness, so the point of rotation probably can't be too far from the
back of the iPhone.
